Dear Doctors,

It is with great regret that I announce to you the cancellation of the 22^nd annual meeting of Egyptian society of colon and rectal surgeons during the period 25-28 August in Cairo, Egypt based on a resolution approved by the Executive Board of the ESCRS. Due to COVID-19 and after the lockdown, up till now, we are still having a   gloomy picture regarding the return of the educational activities, travel restrictions, and possible quarantine for travelers.

We hope that the ESCP will postpone the global reach master class to 24th August 2021.

On behalf of the Organizing Committee, I apologize for the inconvenience caused by such cancellation and hope to have you participate in the 2021 event with us.
